[Okay after waking up with a whole lot of new memories the first thing Lea has to do is, well, obvious. He grabs his device and calls Sora up right away.]

Hey Sora. It's Axe... It's Lea. Call me back, okay? Just figured I should check up on ya.

[Lea doesn't get a call back, but there is a text that comes to him shortly after Sora gets the message.]

Did you go back too?

[gotitmmrizd]

[Huh. No call back, huh? Well, Lea's stubborn so you can be sure he's just going to keep on calling and calling until Sora picks up.

Don't try him. He will do this.]

[keythatconnects]

[Sora eventually does answer. He sounds tired.]

Hi Lea.

[gotitmmrizd]

[He lets out such a relieved sigh.]

Man, you actually scared me. We've been through a lot and then you only texted and...

[Another sigh.]

You okay?

[keythatconnects]

I'm...

Ugh. I don't even know if I saved her. Can you tell me? Did she make it home?

[gotitmmrizd]

[...Oh man. What all did Sora see? Didn't see? Doesn't...remember?]

You got her. She's safe. You did it, Sora.

[keythatconnects]

Oh good. [He sighs, sounding completely relieved.]

Hey can we meet up? I just...

I want to make sure I'm real.

[gotitmmrizd]

Are you on your ship? I could head there now.

[keythatconnects]

Yeah, but let's meet at The Melting Pot. I could use something to eat.

[gotitmmrizd]

Got it. I'll go there instead. See you soon, okay?

[keythatconnects]

Yep! See you soon, Lea.

[And he hangs up, and eventually they both end up at The Melting Pot. Sora seems like his normal self, though he is a little more reserved than he usually is.]

[Of course he spots him there and when he tries to figure out how to prove he's real he ends up coming to just one conclusion.

Lea walks right up to him and he doesn't say a word. He just goes and wraps his arms around him to pull him into a tight hug.]

[keythatconnects]

[The hug is surprisingly, and for a moment Sora is stiff and awkward.

Then he sort of melts into it and wraps an arm around Lea, returning the embrace.

As they pull back he's smiling a bit more brightly.]

[He can feel the moment that Sora starts to feel better and he smiles at his friend as they step back.]

What are friends for, right?

[He puts a hand on his head and even ruffles his hair a little.]

Ready for some food?

[keythatconnects]

Yes totally.

[He grins and then moves to go order.] I guess being lost in the realm in between works up an appetite, huh?

[And that's probably not the healthiest way for him to bring up what happened to him, but at least it approaches the subject.]

Is that how that works?

[It's an invitation for Sora to talk about it more if he wants to. Just in case.

But he does follow him over to order.]

Also, got any recommendations?

I really like everything, to be honest. And the chef here is really cool.

[Sora doesn't seem like he's ready to really talk about how 'that' works just yet. Though he might once they sit down to eat.]

[gotitmmrizd]

[Hey if Sora's not ready to talk then he's not going to push him. Instead he just looks to see what there is to eat instead.]

Well I guess anything would be better than the sludge they want us to eat at this point.

[keythatconnects]

[Sora chuckles, and smiles in a way that shows he can't help but agree. They both focus on getting a table and ordering and for a moment Sora fidgets with his silverware.

Then, finally.]

You said Kairi was okay. Is everyone else? Roxas? Xion?

[He suggests them because he knows those are the two who are closest to Axel, but he wants to hear about everyone.]

[gotitmmrizd]

Everyone is. All of them.

[He gives him a smile and reaches over to put a hand on Sora's head.]

You did it. You saved all of us.

[keythatconnects]

[He visibly relaxes and then offers Axel a grin.]

I'm glad. That's really good to hear. It makes everything worth it if all of you can finally be happy.

You deserve it.

[The happiness part is a little more complicated just because people are so sad that Sora is gone. But he won't go into that.]

Yeah. I don't know that we would have ever done it without you, Sora.

[keythatconnects]

[Sora smiles in a way that shows that he knows he did good. He seems proud and comforted.]

Well, I just did what had to be done.

I know you did. But not everyone can bring themselves to do that. You've got so much heart in you. It's really amazing.

[keythatconnects]

[JHe offers Axel a smile in thanks for the compliment, then, after a moment he asks.] Do you think I have enough of it that I'll find my way back?

[gotitmmrizd]

Hey, if you can't then we've got enough heart to come after you.

[keythatconnects]

[He can't help but smile at that.] Don't risk yourself though...

And don't risk Roxas. I put a lot of work into figuring out how to get him back!

Hey, I'm gonna do my best to keep him safe but you know him. He's gonna do what he wants to. I mean, he's a part of you in a way so he gets that from the source.

Are you saying we might be a tad bit reckless? [He asks, with a grin. Because he knows they are way more than 'a tad' bit.]

[gotitmmrizd]

I think that "a tad bit" doesn't cover it at all. And I know I can't say anything because I'm just as bad.

[Sora chuckles lightly.] I'm starting to think it comes with being a Keyblade wielder.

[gotitmmrizd]

Well if that's part of the necessary requirements then it's no wonder I was able to become one!

Imagine if the requirement had been something like... straight As in school or something. We'd all be so boring.

I definitely wouldn't be a part of it if that were the case.
